Look What You Made Me Do

A sum greater than its individual parts, Look What You Made Me Do is Ashaine White's fourth EP. A rockier edge than her previous releases, the EP is drenched in distorted guitars and Ashaine’s distinctive vocals. Taking influence from a large gene pool of genres, the EP walks the line between early 90s guitar driven rock, the stunning vocal tones of soul music and all with a hint of infectious pop charm.

Cause For Concern

After a captivating performance supporting Corinne Bailey Rae at Somerset House earlier this month, rising star Ashaine White has released her sublime new EP Cause For Concern on 5dB Records.

Featuring her beautifully haunting single ‘White Flag,’ the epic ‘Brace Yourself’ and the eerily captivating acoustic number ‘Hotel’, Cause For Concern is the work of one of the UK’s finest and brightest young talents.

“‘Cause for Concern’ for me is a lot more introspective and angsty than my previous work,” Ashaine said about the release. “It’s thinking about internal processes, my experience of life growing up and healing my inner child through this process. Realising and understanding that sometimes you have to just sit and surrender to your feelings, but also that you have to think about the effect that can have on others. The title encompasses that, it’s tongue in cheek, but dramatic and real.”

Following a sold-out date at Paper Dress Vintage earlier this year and a magical show supporting  Corinne Bailey Rae as support at her Somerset House show in London, Ashaine has announced a new headline date at London’s Colours on November 23rd 2044.

A unique sound and unwavering dedication to her craft promise to make Ashaine a force to be reckoned with in the music world. Keep your eyes and ears peeled for one of the brightest new artists around.

Tracklisting:
1. White Flag
2. Hotel
3. All My Wrongs
4. Brace Yourself
5. The End
6. White Flag/Hotel (Live from Studio 13)
